In late 2023 we had a enquiry come through our website from a couple that had lived in the Malvern area there entire lives
with a vision but not sure how to put the pieces together them selves, They already had a great start base with purchasing not just one but two property's to complete there dream home. With a builder picked they started construction during this process we were involved in each stage making sure the levels and hights works with the vision Urbane and the clients had.
In September 2024 we put shovel to ground to start to achieve the hardscape components with this came the winter issues of mud and rain but these where over come with teamwork and a well thought out plan.
In early 2025 we hand this monster of a project over to our Clints and to this day we still maintain the property to keep it up to scratch.

Jordy, Max, Mat and Daniel put there hart and soul into the project with a lot of man hours and after-hours care that go's into a project to this scale. They were able to achieve a house of the clients dream.

The porcelain tiles chosen around the property were chosen to bring a resort style feel without the maintenance. These tiles look clean all year round.

Working with the Builder of the house Luke from Lbb the team achieved all items from the detailed drawing to the council permits all the way to the final construction.

Plant choice is key when it comes to a project like this, Make sure they are the right choice for the environment and the new construction

Even thought he property was flat due to purchasing the second property there was a bit of a elevation change leading to the backyard, With using Modular wall and low lying masonry walls we wrestle able to achieve a flat backyard.
